Kindergarten 
Functional Curriculum-Fine Arts 
In order for students to acquire a functional knowledge of dance, music, theater and visual arts, this course covers the following: • Exploration of a variety of art forms. • Demonstrates that different art forms require different materials and techniques. • Attendance to and/or response to a variety of art forms, including a variety of art forms in daily life. • Attendance, response and/or participation in art forms from a variety of cultures and historical periods.  
Grade 01 
Functional Curriculum-Fine Arts 
In order for students to acquire a functional knowledge of dance, music, theater and visual arts, this course covers the following: • Exploration of a variety of art forms. • Demonstrates that different art forms require different materials and techniques. • Attendance to and/or response to a variety of art forms, including a variety of art forms in daily life. • Attendance, response and/or participation in art forms from a variety of cultures and historical periods.  
Grade 02 
Functional Curriculum-Fine Arts

Color Guard 
Students enrolled in Color Guard must be able to work and perform as a group. Each Color Guard member is furnished a uniform and is expected to practice and perform at many activities during the course of the fall. The course meets daily until the end of marching band season (late October, early November).
